Position Title: HR Manager
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + AWS + Bonus (Up to 4 months)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR department and manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, union matters, and employee benefits.
Collaborate with Directors to establish, upgrade, and propose improvements to HR systems and policies, and play a key role in drafting HR policies.
Develop, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Ensure and improve the integrity of HR system data.
Act as the main contact for unions, MOM, and other third-party organizations on employee-related matters.
Liaise and negotiate with insurers, brokers, or agents for the purchase and renewal of general and employee benefits insurance.
Perform daily HR tasks in accordance with regulations in a timely and accurate manner in the absence of subordinates.
Prepare manpower budgets and monitor their usage.
Assist Directors in developing, reviewing, and managing performance appraisals and promotions.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
Provide management with updated market statistics on the economy, business outlook, and labor market.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Directors.
Minimum Requirements
At least a Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial role.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and MOM regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
