About the Role (3 Day Work Week)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive HR strategies aligned with business growth.
2. Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, learning programs, and C&B policies.
3. Ensure compliance with HR processes and regulatory standards.
4. Foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen employer branding.
5. Oversee employee relations, grievances, and exit processes.
6. Support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
7. Act as a liaison between management, employees, and the regional group.

Your Experience:
