Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers.
  2. Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
  3. Handle business plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
  4. Oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees.
  5. Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications.
  6. Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills.
  7. Contact references and perform background checks.
  8. Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  9. Hire or refer qualified candidates.
  10. Conduct new employee orientations.
  11. Process paperwork.
  12. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
  13. Resolve issues between management and employees.
  14. Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
  15. Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff.
  16. Oversee recruitment and hiring process.
  17. Direct disciplinary procedures.
  18. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  19. Engage in staff budget planning and HR generalist administration.
  20. Review, formulate and implement Human Resource policies and procedures in a progressive and competitive environment.
