HR MANAGER

Ishtara Jewellery Pte Ltd, Luvenus Jewellery Pte Ltd, and Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong are well-established brands in the jewellery industry. With a combined staff strength of approximately 100 employees, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions across our three related companies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
2. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
3. Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
4. Manage and maintain HR and payroll software provided by the company.
5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with employment laws in Singapore and Hong Kong.
6. Support management in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
7. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
8. Draft employee contracts, memos, and compliance notices in accordance with the labour laws of Singapore and Hong Kong.

Requirements

1. Experience: Prior HR managerial experience is required.
2. Nationality: Open to Singaporeans only.
3. Full knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, employer and employee regulatory compliance.
4. Ability to stay updated and adapt to changes in labour laws and HR regulations.
5. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions across three related entities.
