HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

This role is very vital to Initia’s success. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing the company's HR agenda
2. Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
3. Structuring compensation and benefit packages
4. Developing and creating each position’s KPI and evaluation structure for employees
5. Finding suitable government grants for the entire business entity and securing the grants
6. Managing, saving, and allocating HR funds with government grants
7. Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as planning of business unit restructuring
8. Accomplish and ensure projects tasked by HQ are complete according to schedule
9. Handle recruitment and selection process such as posting advertisements, shortlisting, and preparing employment contracts
10. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
11. Learning and Development, planning training programs for all staff
12. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
13. Administer welfare matters and organize staff activities
14. Drive the performance management programs, identifying talent gaps and developing internal candidate pipelines
15. Manage overall end-to-end payroll
16. Provide HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis
