About The Department
People and Organisation is focused on sustainable growth, organisational development and enterprise talent development, in line with the global People, Purpose and Growth strategy. The role reports to the APAC Vice President for People & Organisation. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment to drive significant impact within the organisation.
The position
As a P&O Manager, your main role is to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s HR strategies, policies, and processes while providing support to employees and managers on various operational and administrative HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- P&O Policies and Processes: Developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating P&O policies, and serving as the point of contact for HRBPs, managers, and employees on local processes, policies, and P&O legal matters.
- Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits): Benchmarking and preparing job offer, support annual salary regulation and bonus performance evaluations.
- Mobility: Managing processes and policies for Mobility and Virtual Working Options (VWO), initiating and supporting vendors for International Local Hires (ILH) and case handling, while serving as the local point of contact for external and internal stakeholders related to mobility.
- Operational Support: Provide P&O operational support across business units in Singapore and support regional-level projects. Responsibilities also include handling monthly payroll, managing controls, conducting audits, and collaborating with Finance on workforce budgets.
- Data Analytics and Governance: Maintaining records, systems, and databases, while supporting the organisation with analytics for data-driven decisions, including locally implemented tools like the Diversity Dashboard, onboarding/offboarding surveys, Organisational Development Plan (ODP) data support, and International Operations (IO) Hub reports.
- Health and Safety (H&S): Provides guidance, support, and competence development activities within H&S governance, while maintaining H&S policies, management systems, and associated review processes.
Qualifications:- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
- Extensive experience in HR operations and/or employee relations.
- A solution-focused, open-minded approach to challenges.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law, with excellent communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
