Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
