Job description

Our client is an MNC and they are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead their operations and strategy regionally within SEA.

Role:

  1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions
  2. Assess training needs and manage the relevant training programs through sourcing of vendors, grants application, etc
  3. Manage compensation & benefits, ensuring compensation given follows market benchmark
  4. Any process improvement such as streamlining and automation of HR processes
  5. Handle workforce planning including talent management and succession planning
  6. Drive annual performance appraisal and salary review
  7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including liaising with recruitment agencies
  8. Enhance employee engagement and experience
  9. Drive regional HR programs for employee retention, benchmarking matters, and other initiatives
  10. Any ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
  2. 3 - 5 years in supervisory role
  3. At least 5 - 8 years experience in HR
  4. Experience handling hands-on HR strategies for APAC
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills/good English writing to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority
