HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
