Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. By the direction of Management, you are responsible for the following functions:
  2. Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all statutory or regulatory requirements.
  3. Responsible for the following HR functional areas: Organisational Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment.
  4. Overview staff's salaries and compile payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records.
  5. Participate in external auditing.
  6. Ensure payroll guidelines according to MOM's guidelines.
  7. Advertise, recruit, interview, and assess new staff.
  8. Conduct contract signing and orientation.
  9. Prepare internal forms and letters.
  10. Participate in counselling sessions and issuance of disciplinary measures.
  11. Liaison Manager for government sectors: CPF, MOM, IRAS, etc.
  12. Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs and servicing.
  13. Provide supplies by identifying needs such as stationery, pantry supplies, staff uniforms, office equipment, etc.
  14. Oversee and verify invoices for office expenses through tracking reports, and liaise with each unit on any cost matters.
  15. Manage the office cleaner, contractors, and internal staff. Delegate work to staff and manage their processes and workload.
  16. Handle office administrative work (i.e., office keys and contracts).
  17. Manage VIP guests when necessary.
  18. Participate in HR projects to support the HR goals of the Company.

Job Requirements
At least a Degree in HRM or Business-related specialisations.
At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in Info-Tech HRIS is an advantage.
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
Meticulous and able to multi-task to meet deadlines independently.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
