Job Responsibilities

  1. Job Posting: Develop and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  3. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  4. Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate workplace conflicts and grievances.
  5. Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to maintain and boost employee morale and satisfaction.
  6. Counseling: Provide guidance and support to employees on work-related issues.
  7. Appraisals: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  8. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and facilitate performance improvement plans.
  9. Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
  10. Training Programs: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  11. Career Pathing: Develop career development plans and succession planning.
  12. Skill Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
  13. Management Support: Provide strategic HR support to senior management and other departments.
  14. External Relations: Manage relationships with external agencies and consultants.
