Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of HR expertise and business acumen, with hands-on experience in driving HR transformation initiatives, influencing change and enhancing employee engagement. This role requires a candidate who is not only strategic but also willing to be hands-on in all aspects of HR and Building Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures that support business objectives.
  2. Act as an advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues.
  3. Coach the line managers in human resources management including succession plan, key performance management.

HR Leadership:

  1. Oversee all aspects of human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll administration and budgeting.
  2. Lead and coach HR team to ensure timely and efficient HR services.
  3. Provide professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s performance and growth.
  4. Be actively involved in day-to-day HR operations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of payroll from overseas companies.

Building Management:

  1. Manage the Building Management team to ensure timely facilities supports and cost-efficient vendor management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  4. Proactive, independent, able to multi-task, and work both at the conceptualisation and operational levels.
  5. Familiar with the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislations in Singapore.
  6. A hands-on approach and willingness to be involved in both strategic and operational tasks.
  7. Knowledge of BIPO HRIS system is an advantage.
