Assistant / HR Manager

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the company.
  6. Nurture a positive working environment.
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  8. Maintain staff welfare and benefits programs.
  9. Assess training needs of staff with Heads of Depts and to monitor and execute the staff training plan.
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  11. Ensure legal compliance relating to human resource management.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in F&B Industry.
  2. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Pandan Loop (nearest MRT, Clementi station).
  4. Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources with full spectrum of HR knowledge including Training & Development, Payroll, Recruitment, Com & Ben, MOM / Gov's rules & regulations and or equivalent.
  5. Possess good communication skills; able to work in fast paced environment.
  6. Able to start immediately.
