Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manager to manage the HR department, overseeing core functions in Recruitment, Payroll/Compensation and benefits, Staff performance evaluation, and Employee welfare and retention. This role will report to both the Managing Director and the Senior Strategy Manager, providing HR expertise and strategic support to align HR functions with business goals. This position is suited for an HR professional with 2-3 years of senior executive or management experience ideally in retail or a customer-centric industry. The HR Manager will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, driving engagement, and ensuring operational excellence within the HR function.
