Job description

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy.
  2. Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  3. Engagement and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  4. Consult Line Managers in regards to people matters.
  5. Coordinate, support and take part in the HR policies and process alignment.
  6. Responsible for Budget and Expense Control of Hub HR.
  7. Maintain HR Records both electronically and hard copy as necessary.
  8. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  9. Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures for the organization.
  10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  11. Any ad-hoc assignments according to the business requirement.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated understanding and hands-on practice of MOM (Ministry of Manpower) rules and regulations.
  3. Strong communication skills to advise and consult across all levels of the organization.
  4. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  7. Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
  10. Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate them appropriately.
  11. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  12. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  13. Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and talent management systems.
