Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Payroll & Attendance:
Process payroll and manage attendance records.
Claims Management:
Handle staff claims and related inquiries.
Work Pass Management:
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring government compliance.
Employee Benefits:
Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
CPF Contributions:
Submit CPF contributions in compliance with government regulations.
Performance Management:
Implement performance review processes and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
HR Strategy:
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
Additional Duties:
Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
