Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, training and payroll.
  2. Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process for both local and remote teams, including arranging interviews and collaborating with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
  3. Experience with online job posting.
  4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  5. Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention and succession planning.
  6. Contribute to shaping the business from team structure, morale, and culture perspective.
  7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  8. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  9. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  10. Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/issuance/renewal/cancellation.
  11. Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal process.
  12. Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.

Minimum qualifications / requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience or Diploma in Human Resources with 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proven working experience as HR Manager.
  3. People-oriented and results-driven.
  4. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  6. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.
  7. Knowledge of Access EasyPay / HR System.
  8. Salary will commensurate with the number of years’ experience.
