Job description

Job Scope:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Executive/Manager to handle HR responsibilities across our multinational offices. With a total of over 50 employees spread across Singapore, India, China, Dubai and other South East Asian Countries, the HR professional will ensure smooth functioning of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and manage recruitment processes for all locations.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires.

HR Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all offices.
  • Monitor and address legal compliance in employment matters.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage payroll processes.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure timely administration.

Training and Development:

  • Identify employee training needs and organize training programs.
  • Facilitate career development initiatives for staff.

Performance Management:

  • Manage performance appraisal processes and set clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues constructively.

HR Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records securely.
  • Provide reports and insights on HR metrics.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Liaise with office heads in different regions to align HR strategies.
  • Manage internal communications related to HR announcements and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational setup.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws across relevant countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
