Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands on HR experience, with expertise in HR operations and Strategic aspects.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to design and implement HR programs that drive business success.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing teams.
Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
Passion for employee engagement and organizational development.
Proficiently utilize tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making
