HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Singapore’s labor laws, ensure smooth work pass applications, and foster a positive workplace culture. The role also involves driving training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Proven experience in handling recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion
