We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR Operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and other MOM requirements.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Regularly review and update HR policies ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws, health and safety standards and company policies.
- Work closely with department heads and management to provide HR support.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administration.
- Organize events and programs to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day office operations including office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative duties.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor law especially employment act
- Familiar with Info-Tech HRIS system a Plus
- Good Interpersonal, written and communication skill
