Job description

Location: Jurong East, West Region, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Spectrum HR Management: Oversee and execute the entire HR function, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and off-boarding.
  2. Recruitment and Overseas Hiring (South-East Asia, Indonesia): Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and international hires, collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of overseas talent.
  3. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, review and maintain HR policies that align with company goals and comply with local employment laws, as well as support compliance with any relevant local and international employment regulations.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget) and ability to analyze compensation.
  5. Employee Relations: Act as a key contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set clear objectives and growth plans for employees.
  7. Employee Engagement: Lead engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and improve HR processes.
  9. Others: Ad-hoc duties assigned by line head and the Management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
  3. Proven experience with overseas hiring processes and international recruitment.
  4. Strong understanding of Singapore and international HR practices, labour laws and compliance, and employment standards. Knowledge in South-East Asia, Indonesia HR practices, labour laws and compliance, and employment standards will have an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  6. Proficiency in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  8. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  9. Strong personality traits, fast, proactive, ambitious, strong initiatives.
  10. Able to work independently and speak with confidence.
  11. Committed and driven to succeed.
  12. Self-motivated and committed learner.
  13. A good team player.
