Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  1. Lead/participate in HR projects to drive continuous improvement and relevancy.
  2. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and assess talent gaps.
  3. Establish required competencies and skill levels to improve organizational performance.
  4. Manage performance, including planning and facilitating performance appraisals.
  5. Develop and facilitate the recruitment process to scout for talent to meet business needs.
  6. Manage training and development plans.
  7. Oversee HR operations.
  8. Manage dispute resolutions with a win-win and balanced approach.
  9. Lead investigations and implement remediation actions as needed.
  10. Collect and analyze key workforce analytics for business decision-making.
  11. Manage onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and offboarding processes.
  12. Stay abreast of new HR initiatives and regulations/policies, and review the Company’s HR policy periodically.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or possess an HR professional certification.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource functions in a managerial capacity with a track record of past achievements.
  3. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Resilience and resourcefulness in resolving HR issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Possess high integrity and a professional code of ethics and be self-motivated.
