The HR Manager cum Office Administrator will play a critical role in managing the human resources and administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the company’s success. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management and office administration, preferably within the real estate development sector, and possess strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct employee assessments and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Implement, execute, and optimize company HR management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Attendance and Workforce Monitoring
- Oversee and manage attendance tracking systems.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to attendance policies.
Employee Engagement and Productivity
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee productivity and foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Organize team-building activities and programs to promote collaboration and morale.
Office Maintenance and Administration
- Handle the day-to-day management and maintenance of office facilities and supplies.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and infrastructure.
Work Pass Applications
- Manage the application process for all passes
- Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Sector-Specific Expertise
- Leverage experience in the vertically integrated property development sector, including knowledge of development, procurement, and design processes, to support company goals.
Bilingual Communication
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and external partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in HR management and office administration, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication.

- Familiarity with work pass application processes in the local context is highly preferred.
