HR MANAGER

Lead and direct the functions of HR Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting.
2. Oversee the daily workflow.
3. Handles discipline and termination in accordance with the company policy and MOM regulations.
4. Provides support and guidance to the management team and Board of Directors.
5. Recommends HR policies and strategies, reviews policies and maintains compliance which meets the company's goals and objectives.
6. Have good knowledge of MOM regulations and guidelines and new technology in HR systems.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
8. Application of Work Passes and processing work applications.
9. Onboarding process.
