About the role - you will:
As a Human Resource Intern, you have the unique opportunity to rotate through different HR functions, including Site HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and University Relations, HR Shared Services, Internal Communications, and Global Learning and Development. This rotational program is designed to provide you with a hands-on experience, comprehensive understanding of HR operations and develop your skills in various HR disciplines.
- Site HR - Support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, employee training facilitation, research projects, and employee general communications, while assisting with compliance and employee relations.
- Total Rewards - Assist in planning employee well-being programs, managing communications, and learning project management skills.
- Talent Acquisition and University Relations - Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach and Employee Branding Activities. Help coordinate internship and campus programs.
- HR Shared Services - Assist with onboarding, employee queries, metrics analysis, and data protection projects.
- Internal Communications - Develop and maintain internal communication materials. Support the planning and execution of internal events and campaigns.
- Global Learning and Development - Assist with training coordination, learning materials development, and feedback processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern who possesses a:
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
- Flair for writing, strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver presentations effectively and confidently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong teamwork qualities and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program.
Your experience includes:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and the labor market.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, charting tools, and data analysis).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), Media and Graphics skillsets.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
