You will work closely with the HR team to support and assist with daily activities, projects, and initiatives.
Job Description
Mapping of HR Work Processes and involvement in the implementation of new HRIS:
Working with each function of HR to map out the work processes
Assist in the migration work to the new Performance Management System
Support the implementation of HRIS
Employee Relations:
Help with updating and disseminating company policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
Help with HR-related projects, such as process improvements.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).
Knowledge or coursework in HR principles and practices.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
