The incumbent shall provide administration support for Human Resources functions which includes:
Manage the full cycle of Talent Acquisition and develop, implement and review HR strategies to attract, engage and retain talents, and support the Talent Acquisition team in University hiring events and other Company events and initiatives.
Handle the function of HR operations, with an emphasis on employee data management, insurance and leave administration, and statutory reporting.
Handle offboarding process relating to employee exits and clearance processes.
Perform regular web content updates on Company’s HR intranet platforms.
Attend to employees’ inquiries pertaining to HRIS system and employee benefits.
Administer employee-related claims (e.g., government-paid leave, insurance).
Support Talent Acquisition team on campus recruitment, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and work pass matters.
Support the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and activities and any other ad-hoc projects as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Applicant must possess a good Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related qualification.
3-5 years of relevant working experience.
A quick learner who has an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Able to work effectively as a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
Savvy towards new system applications and having a flair for content creation/design.
