HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at ComfortDelGro MedCare Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the Bishan Central Region. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to our organisation, ensuring effective people management practices are in place.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting HRIS Migration Project

• Partnering with managers to identify and address people-related challenges

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Administering employee benefits and leave management

• Driving employee engagement and development initiatives

• Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment regulations

• Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures

• Collaborating with the HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or healthcare environment

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with employees and managers

• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
