HR Generalist

Job Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will handle key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will work closely with management and employees to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and manage HR documentation.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work culture.
3. Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
4. Process payroll, manage leave administration, and oversee employee benefits.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
6. Coordinate training programs to support employee growth.
7. Support initiatives such as engagement activities and performance management.
8. Process work passes and liaise with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive, retail, or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines, employment laws, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and active listening skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
