Responsibilities
Airport pass application for all employees (Retail / Corporate Level)
Assist HR Executive to create P-files and upload P-files to shared drive or Retail Level
Coordinate employee welfare (ordering of congratulatory/get well baskets/wreaths, etc.)
Support recruitment by coordinating interviews with line managers and preparing/signing employment contracts with selected candidates
On-boarding support - issuance of retail uniform, preparation of on-boarding kit, and seating arrangements for new hires
Support any other HR administrative duties assigned by the Manager or HR Executives
General Affairs and Admin Support
Attending to visitors to the office
Handling courier/postal matters - checking corporate mailbox and distributing mails
Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and clean at all times
Maintain up-to-date telephone and contact lists and organization chart
Admin support for HR and GA-related invoices submission for payment processes, travel arrangements, expense claims, visas, corporate credit card expenses, etc.
Assist in office events e.g. festive decorations, staff gifting procurements, gatherings & parties
Manage corporate pantry and office stationery supplies replenishment for 2 offices
General maintenance of office alarm, premises, and equipment
Raising approvals at EP portal and submission of invoices for payments in Glob+
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
Prefer candidates with less than 1 month's notice period
Minimum 1 year experience in HR support or office admin
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
Competent in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Fluent in English and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
