HR & Finance Executive

Job Description:

1. Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process for both full-time, part-time, and freelance employees.
2. Oversee employee performance management, including performance reviews and goal settings.
3. Manage payroll, incentives, and benefits administration for full-time and freelance employees.
4. Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission, and other HR submissions, annual IR8A submission, and IR21 submission for foreign workers.
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and employment contracts and ensuring accordance with MOM framework as well as company requirements.
6. Assist in analyzing cost projections and implement labor cost controls across all departments.
7. Prepare and submit quotations and invoices for relevant projects.
8. Manage financial data entry, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
9. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
10. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
11. Submit invoices and manage the collection of payments from various clients.
12. Collaborate with different departments to manage budgets for different projects.
13. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and finance roles.
3. Understand the events, media, and creative industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HR and financial management software.
6. Proficiency in procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Sesami, GeBiz, etc.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Keen to progress into a leadership position.
