Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders for the collation and tracking of PSA’s workforce for budgeting, forecasting and strategizing.
  • Assist to prepare workforce-related management reports that are required monthly, quarterly or as and when required
  • Analyse manpower needs in the short term and long term, determining the skillsets and knowledge required, and coming up with transition plans to meet these goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders to review, redesign and coordinate changes to job roles, ensuring alignment to the business direction
  • Liaise with external stakeholder and statutory bodies for various workforce schemes
  • Support the team in the development, deployment and maintenance of dashboards on Power BI that will assist in manpower planning and forecasting.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and process improvement projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, relevant HR knowledge is a plus
  • Able to work independently and is able to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong planning, organization and analytical skills
  • Highly conscientious, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data driven in decision-making and comfortable working with data. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possesses a high level of integrity and maturity to manage confidential information.
