Responsibilities

• Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services.
• Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers, and employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Support HR full spectrum functions and administration, including providing information, advice, and resolving employees’ queries/HR issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs.
