Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage the learning portal and support training related activities.
Responsible for evaluating new training projects and liaising with the training committee.
Organise internal & external training for staff to improve competency and learning needs.
Generate training reports & surveys, conduct training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ direct and/or related experience in training.
Candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant prior working experience may be considered for a senior position.
Familiar with Labor Law and human resources practices in Singapore.
Ability to adapt to a new environment rapidly and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Possess a service-oriented personality.
Exposure to a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
