In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units, HRBP, etc.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process will encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and being part of the selection process.
• Involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process.
• Handle the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio such as organizing and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates, preparing bond deeds, attending to queries, and processing allowances.
• Build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field
• Min 6 months - 1 year experience in HR or recruitment
