Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive – Generalist to handle key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training. You’ll ensure compliance with policies and labour laws while supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
3. Assist with performance management and employee development.
4. Organize training programs and track their effectiveness.
5. Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Degree in HR or related field.
2. 5 ~ 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
