As a HR Executive / Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, including but not limited to:
Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Supporting the new hire onboarding process.
Coordinating employee engagement activities.
Maintaining and updating employee records in systems while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Supporting payroll administration and processing.
Facilitating performance management processes, including confirmations, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
What will the Right Person look like?
Applicants with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, with at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR generalist roles are welcome to apply.
You have knowledge in Employment Law, statutory regulations and payroll processing.
You have a strong command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
It will be an added advantage if you are IHRP/SHRM certified.
