In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment, and administration
Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database; all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
Application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
Bi-monthly payroll processing and report generating
General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
Other government-related matters: IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claims, etc.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
