Our Client

Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organisation in the Healthcare space. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior/Executive Human Resources professional to join the organisation.

Role Overview

You will report to the Lead HR Business Partner and play a critical role as an HR Business Partner to assigned business units, with the responsibility of managing the full employee life cycle and providing HR advisory for the departments. You will support the Head of HR in implementing and executing strategic HR programs, as well as day-to-day HR operations.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor's Degree graduate with 3 to 5 years of human resources management, generalist, or business partnering experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exposure to Singapore legislative requirements.
