Job description

As a HR Executive in Human Resources, you will work with a group of experienced colleagues. The HR department manages all facets of professional HR responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, Administration and Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process for new employees which includes placing advertisements, arranging interviews, making offers and preparing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, schools, and job portals regarding job requirements and hiring.
  • Handle application of all types of work passes.
  • Handle new hires' on-boarding and orientation.
  • Manage monthly payroll process.
  • Handle leave administration.
  • Ensure proper documentation in employee’s p-file.
  • Assist in updating various reports.
  • Assist with drafting internal memos and letters.
  • Participate in organizing company activities.
  • Handle office administration and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to work well independently and as a team.
  • Able to communicate well across all levels.
