Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a keen understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive our organisation’s growth through talent management.

What will I be doing?

1. End-to-End Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding:

  1. Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
  3. Coordinate interviews with managers and provide support throughout the process.
  4. Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  5. Manage offer negotiations, oversee the onboarding process, and facilitate smooth integration for new hires.
  6. Plan structured onboarding programs and orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-acquainted.
  7. Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and tracking trends to recommend improvements.
  8. Build a talent pool for future recruitment needs.

2. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

  1. Act as the main contact for employees to address workplace concerns.
  2. Facilitate resolution of disputes through fair discussions and mediations.
  3. Document and handle disciplinary actions while maintaining compliance.
  4. Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict management.

3. Training & Development:

  1. Identify skill gaps and design training programs to address them.
  2. Plan and coordinate internal workshops and external courses.
  3. Organize training logistics and evaluate effectiveness through feedback.
  4. Create development plans and career paths to support employee growth.

4. Performance Management:

  1. Support managers in setting clear performance goals and expectations.
  2. Track employee performance, conduct formal reviews, and provide feedback.
  3. Develop action plans for underperforming employees and monitor progress.
  4. Identify high performers and recommend development opportunities.

5. HR Policy, Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

  1. Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with local laws and company guidelines.
  2. Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
  3. Oversee routine HR operations, such as leave processing and compliance checks.
  4. Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.
  5. Contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
  6. Provide strategic HR recommendations to support company growth and ensure operational excellence.

6. Employee Engagement & Retention:

  1. Plan team-building activities and engagement events.
  2. Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  3. Implement retention strategies to keep top talent engaged and motivated.

What is required of me?

  1. 4-5 years of solid HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to handle HR issues independently and build positive relationships.
