HR Executive (Recruitment/Work Pass) – Up To $4,000 – Transport provided

• Position: HR Executive (Recruitment/Work Pass) – Up To $4,000 – Transport provided
• Location: Shipyard Crescent (Transport Provided at CCK, Jurong West, Lakeside & Jurong point)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Insurance + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claim $400/year + Dental Claim $200/year
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction / Waste Recycling

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment cycle management (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)
• Onboarding and induction of new staff
• Work pass applications and medical arrangements
• Identifying and resolving recruitment issues
• Reporting recruitment activities and outcomes
• Collaborating with government outreach programs and institutions

Requirements:

• A’ Levels/Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with relevant experience in Construction industry.
• Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak in Mandarin.
