HR Executive (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Singapore and SEA, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws across SEA.
• Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, work passes, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support payroll processing and HR reporting as required.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in Singapore and SEA.
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices and employment regulations in Singapore; exposure to SEA markets is an advantage.
• Experience using recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
