Job description

Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, and conducting interviews. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Recruitment

  1. Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites.
  2. Review applications to shortlist candidates.
  3. Conduct initial interviews for the shortlisted candidates and arrange appointments with hiring managers.
  4. Source candidates through various channels (job portal, recruitment agency, etc.) and explore new sourcing channels.
  5. Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
  6. Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process including offers and negotiations.
  7. Establish positive relationships with various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.
Recruitment Fairs

Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding

  1. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  2. Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.
Requirements

  1. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions.
  3. Good communication skills (written and oral).
  4. Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share ideas.
  5. Knowledge of Employment Legislation.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel with an eye for details.
