Job description

Recruitment

  1. Sourcing and Prospecting (advertisements, recruiting agencies, government agencies, institutions of learning, etc.)
  2. Interview arrangements.
  3. Preparation of Letter of Employment.
  4. Ensure Letter of Employment is in compliance with MOM requirements.

Application & Creation of New Records for New Hires

  1. Application of employment pass.
  2. Application for PLRD notification.
  3. Orientation and induction of new hires.
  4. Follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers.
  5. Registration & creation of employee records in the system.

Preparation & Submission of Reports

  1. Updating manpower progress report.
  2. Recruitment tracking and progress report.
  3. Other reports required by Head of Department.
