Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Involves the execution of local & overseas recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding, etc.
Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis.
Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience.
Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters.
Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Responsible for the work pass application for new hires when needed.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, or International Business.
Minimum 2 years of related HR working experience.
Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage.
Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in SAP is a plus.
Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
