Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involves the execution of local & overseas recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding, etc.
  • Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters.
  • Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Responsible for the work pass application for new hires when needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, or International Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of related HR working experience.
  • Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
