HR Executive (Payroll/ Timesoft/ SAP/ Redhill/ 5 Days/ Up to $4,000)

Responsibilities

1. Managing monthly payroll cycle - processing to generating payroll reports
2. Managing MOM survey submissions timely
3. Assisting Payroll Manager or HOD on any ad-hoc task
4. Assist in payroll integration from the current system to the new system and ensure a smooth parallel run
5. Ensure salary is paid timely and accurately
6. Analyse areas of possible cost reduction like overtime and labour cost
7. Assist in smooth transition during payroll integration
8. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HR
2. Candidate must have at least 1 year of payroll experience
3. Familiar with Timesoft/SAP system
