HR Executive (PAYROLL) - MNC/Central/up to $4k #HAO

Salary: up to $4000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Novena

Job Description:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions promptly.
2. Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and regulatory compliance.
3. Assist in reviewing salaries, benchmarking and compensation packages that align with organization policies and market standards.
4. Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
5. Leverage HRIS software and automation tools to automate processes and reduce manual work processes.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy & Finance/Human Resource/Business or similar with min 3 yrs of relevant payroll experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
