Job description

Job Description:

  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using Frontier Payroll software
  2. Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements
  3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements
  4. Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21)
  5. Prepare and submit government surveys accurately and timely
  6. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  7. Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
  8. Generate and analyze payroll reports for management
  9. Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations
  10. Collaborate with HR team on compensation and benefits strategies

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
  3. Proficient in Frontier Payroll software (strongly preferred)
  4. In-depth knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
